With a background in interior design dating back to 1995 and a successful real estate career spanning more than two decades, Julia brings a unique perspective to helping clients buy, sell, and enhance the value of their homes. Known for her integrity, market knowledge, and personalized service, she is passionate about helping homeowners make confident decisions. Julia is also the founder of Cornerstone Interiors, where she combines design expertise with real estate strategy to create beautiful, functional homes that support long-term value.
Amanda joined the team as an experienced agent and has been a perfect complement to Julia. She supports Julia and her clients every step of the way—from listing or contract to closing—ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience. When Amanda isn’t assisting Julia, she successfully manages her own business, serving her clients with excellence and dedication.
Outside of real estate, Amanda stays busy with her four children and new puppy! Amanda caringly gives back to the community as a volunteer with the Little Fork Volunteer Fire Department. She truly wears many hats—and wears every one of them exceptionally well.

Cody joined the team in 2022 after working in government and as a public-school teacher. She quickly stepped into the role of team administrator, bringing grace, organization, and positivity to everything she does. Fun and bubbly by nature, Cody has also become our go-to spokesperson for live events. When she’s not assisting the team, Cody homeschools her children and teaches for their co-op once a week. An avid runner and a friend to many, Cody is truly a valuable asset to our team.
